3) Payments & Billing
Paid features may require valid payment details. Prices are shown in the checkout and may include taxes depending on your location.
- Recurring plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the specified amounts.
- Failed payments may result in limited access until the issue is resolved.
4) Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied. Unless otherwise stated in the course page, we offer a 14-day refund window for first-time purchases when less than 25% of the course is completed.
- No refunds for renewal periods that have already started.
- Refunds are not available for downloadable assets already provided.
- To request a refund, contact us from your registered email with proof of purchase.
5) Accounts & Security
- Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
- We may require multi-factor authentication for certain actions.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:
- Sharing or reselling content without permission or license.
- Uploading malicious code, scraping, or attempting to reverse engineer platform components.
- Harassing others, posting unlawful content, or violating intellectual property rights.
7) Content & Intellectual Property
- All course materials, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors.
- We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
- Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
8) Data & Privacy
We process personal data to deliver and improve the Service. We use localStorage to remember your preferences, theme, cookie choices, and Terms acceptance. Where analytics or marketing storage is used, it is based on your consent as configured below.

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally with us for at least 30 days. Where permitted, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
